WHAT EVERY PACKAGE INCLUDES
The same backbone on every hunt
Hunting permit
Temporary import + hunting permit filed by us before you arrive. You bring the passport and rifle papers; we handle the rest.
Local guide
Carpathian outfitter on every drive or stalk. We do not rotate clients between guides mid-trip.
Meals + lodge
Three meals a day, traditional regional cooking, non-alcoholic drinks. Three or four nights in a hotel, guesthouse, or hunting cabin.
Translator
English, German, or French speaker present at every drive briefing and dinner.
Trophy fees on the table
Every trophy is itemised on the published trophy-price table on the hunt page — fees, preparation, and export paperwork. The package price never includes the trophy itself, and no fee is ever hidden inside it.
Transport in-country
Transfers between lodge and hunting area are included. Airport pick-up from Oradea, Cluj, or Timișoara is arranged on request (not included).
